De nombreuses marques ajustent leur communication et le SEA constitue un levier flexible et r\u00e9actif pour informer les clients (et prospects&nbsp;!) sur les offres, les conditions et les modalit\u00e9s de vente post-Covid. Deux mois apr\u00e8s la reprise, voici les retours d\u2019exp\u00e9rience de deux clients de Keyade sur des fonctionnalit\u00e9s et strat\u00e9gies efficaces pour adapter la communication commerciale sur les moteurs de recherche.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Brico D\u00e9p\u00f4t : le digital au service des magasins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pendant pr\u00e8s de huit semaines, nombreux sont les acteurs \u00ab\u00a0brick and mortar\u00a0\u00bb qui ont maintenu leur activit\u00e9 uniquement \u00e0 travers le web. Sur les moteurs de recherche, la communication des marques est devenue primordiale pour renseigner les clients et g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du trafic qualifi\u00e9 en magasin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voici une fonctionnalit\u00e9 qui plaira \u00e0 ces acteurs&nbsp;\u00ab\u00a0brick and mortar\u00a0\u00bb, en particulier ceux qui ont acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 leur offre de drive ou diversifi\u00e9 leurs options de retrait pendant le confinement. Curbside Pickup* (litt\u00e9ralement \u00ab&nbsp;r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer sur le trottoir&nbsp;\u00bb) permet aux commer\u00e7ants de communiquer sur le mode de retrait drive (s\u2019il est disponible dans leurs points de vente) directement au sein des annonces SEA. D\u00e9ploy\u00e9e fin mars aux Etats-Unis, la fonctionnalit\u00e9 est disponible en France sur whitelist depuis mai.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Olivier Servat, Digital Marketing Manager chez Kingfisher France, partage son retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience pour les magasins Brico D\u00e9p\u00f4t&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab Avec la crise du Covid, nous avons fortement acc\u00e9l\u00e9r\u00e9 certains projets comme la livraison \u00e0 domicile ou le drive directement \u00e0 partir de nos stocks magasins. C\u2019\u00e9tait important pour nous de pouvoir r\u00e9pondre pr\u00e9sents aupr\u00e8s de nos clients \u00e0 un moment o\u00f9 ils pouvaient consacrer du temps \u00e0 leurs projets d\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la maison. Notre partenariat tr\u00e8s solide avec Google, KR Wavemaker et Keyade nous a permis d\u2019\u00eatre la premi\u00e8re enseigne en France \u00e0 mettre en place la fonctionnalit\u00e9 Curbside Pickup&nbsp;! Cela nous a permis de rendre visible la disponibilit\u00e9 du drive point de vente par point de vente, et de soutenir ainsi nos efforts d\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration sur ce mode de retrait. Cette visibilit\u00e9 sur les moteurs de recherche est strat\u00e9gique pour Brico D\u00e9p\u00f4t, elle nous donne l\u2019opportunit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9merger face \u00e0 nos concurrents d\u00e8s la phase de recherche, en communiquant des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9assurance aupr\u00e8s de clients.&nbsp;\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em><span class=\"has-inline-color has-cyan-bluish-gray-color\">*Deux conditions existent pour activer Curbside Pickup&nbsp;: utiliser Local Inventory Ads et avoir d\u00e9j\u00e0 activ\u00e9 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 Pickup Later (r\u00e9cup\u00e9ration en magasin).<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Allianz : mieux communiquer en fonction de l&rsquo;audience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Adapter sa communication \u00e0 la situation sanitaire&nbsp;: oui. Utiliser une communication unique et universelle, non. Parmi les annonceurs, la visibilit\u00e9 sur les moteurs de recherche interroge&nbsp;: comment int\u00e9grer des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9assurance utiles \u00e0 tous sans prendre le risque d\u2019en faire trop ni cr\u00e9er une atmosph\u00e8re anxiog\u00e8ne&nbsp;? Comment attirer l\u2019attention des prospects tout en soignant la communication client&nbsp;?&#8230; Dans ce contexte, les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019audiences des plateformes SEA, qui permettent d\u2019adresser des messages sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 une population d\u2019internautes en fonction de leurs comportements de navigation, semblent tout indiqu\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sandrine Gaury, responsable marketing et acquisition chez Allianz, partage son retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience sur l\u2019utilisation d\u2019une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019audience client\/prospect&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Dans cette p\u00e9riode d\u2019incertitude, nous souhaitions avant tout rassurer nos clients et leur t\u00e9moigner notre soutien. Nous avons opt\u00e9 pour une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019audience clients\/prospects qui nous a permis d\u2019afficher d\u2019une part des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de r\u00e9assurance sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 nos clients&nbsp;; et d\u2019autre part, d\u2019attirer l\u2019attention des prospects avec des messages adapt\u00e9s.
