Concr\u00e8tement c\u2019est quoi&nbsp;?\nActuellement, des podcasts. On a plus de 53&nbsp;000 utilisateurs sur la\nplateforme et on a plus d\u2019un million d\u2019\u00e9coutes qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 faites via la\nplateforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment l\u2019aventure a-t-elle\ncommenc\u00e9&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors c\u2019est int\u00e9ressant parce que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 \u00e0 faire un\npodcast, il y a un peu plus d\u2019un an. J\u2019avais \u00e0 la fois le c\u00f4t\u00e9 cr\u00e9ateur de podcasts\ndonc essayer de trouver du contenu qui pouvait \u00eatre int\u00e9ressant, et aussi les\nfrictions associ\u00e9es \u00e0 \u00e7a,\n\u00e0 savoir, l\u2019absence de statistiques. Aujourd\u2019hui, vous \u00eates un cr\u00e9ateur\nde podcasts, vous avez des statistiques d\u2019Apple et de diff\u00e9rentes plateformes\nsur lesquelles vous pouvez \u00eatre mais aucune de ces statistiques ne concordent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Donc au fil des mois o\u00f9 je commen\u00e7ais \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper mon\npodcast, je me disais&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;\u00e7a, \u00e7a va pas, \u00e7a, \u00e7a va pas&#8230;&nbsp;\u00bb et j\u2019en \u00e9tais rapidement\nvenu, au bout de 3-4 mois de cr\u00e9ation, \u00e0 me dire&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;mais en fait il\nfaut d\u00e9velopper une plateforme, ce n\u2019est pas possible que ce soit \u00e0 ce point mal foutu&nbsp;\u00bb.\nEt c\u2019est pile \u00e0 ce moment-l\u00e0, que j\u2019ai vu passer un entrefilet dans le Figaro (je\ncrois)&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Mathieu Gallet lance son Netflix du podcast&nbsp;avec Arthur\nPerticoz&nbsp;\u00bb. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Et donc&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sur le coup, j\u2019\u00e9tais blas\u00e9, en me disant \u00ab&nbsp;bon ok, \u00e7a y\nest c\u2019est trop tard&nbsp;\u00bb. Et en fait, j\u2019ai envoy\u00e9 un mail \u00e0 Arthur, par\nLinkedIn, je lui ai dit&nbsp;: \u00ab&nbsp;Voil\u00e0, moi \u00e7a fait 6 mois que je\nr\u00e9fl\u00e9chis au sujet, est-ce que \u00e7a ne vaut pas le coup que l\u2019on se voie, on boit un verre ensemble et puis voil\u00e0, on \u00e9change les bonnes\nid\u00e9es&nbsp;!&nbsp;\u00bb. Puis, en fait \u00e7a matche parfaitement, et c\u2019est \u00e0 ce\nmoment-l\u00e0 que j\u2019ai rejoint l\u2019aventure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C\u2019est quoi votre\npodcast&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est la French Touch Podcast, que j\u2019ai commenc\u00e9 l\u2019ann\u00e9e\nderni\u00e8re et \u00e7a parle de produits design. Mais sp\u00e9cifiquement sur la\ncommunaut\u00e9 produit, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire que j\u2019interviewe des gens, pendant \u00e0\npeu pr\u00e8s une heure, qui viennent du monde du produit ou du design fran\u00e7ais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Majelan&nbsp;: le\nNetflix du podcast&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce n\u2019est pas du tout vrai, donc j\u2019insiste vraiment\nl\u00e0-dessus. On n\u2019est pas du tout Netflix. Il faut plus nous voir vraiment\ncomme une plateforme sur laquelle on agr\u00e8ge des flux gratuits qui existent, l\u00e0\no\u00f9 un Netflix met une barri\u00e8re \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e et vous devez payer pour avoir acc\u00e8s\n\u00e0 du contenu. Donc ce n\u2019est pas du tout la m\u00eame chose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>La pub int\u00e9gr\u00e9e aux\npodcasts&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je crois beaucoup \u00e0 la publicit\u00e9 dans le podcast. Le taux\nd\u2019engagement qui existe pour les auditeurs est beaucoup plus fort avec du\npodcast que sur du web par exemple.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Deux podcasts coup de\nc\u0153ur&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019aime beaucoup la musique&nbsp;! Donc rien \u00e0 voir avec Majelan, il y a \u2018Version Standard\u2019 qui est cool, qui d\u00e9cortique des histoires de chansons c\u00e9l\u00e8bres. Donc vous avez par exemple, Ray Charles \u2018Georgia on my mind\u2019. Et dans la m\u00eame veine, il y a un deuxi\u00e8me podcast qui s\u2019appelle \u2018Song Exploder\u2019. Je vais prendre un exemple&nbsp;: Arcade Fire, ils vont d\u00e9composer eux-m\u00eames leurs chansons. Comment ils sont arriv\u00e9s jusqu\u2019\u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de ces chansons-l\u00e0. Donc ce sont vraiment des podcasts dans le domaine musical, qui sont canons&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une innovation\ndigitale qui va tout changer&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les crypto-monnaies&nbsp;! En fait, ce qui est int\u00e9ressant avec les\ncrypto-monnaies, c\u2019est ce qu\u2019on appelle la d\u00e9sinterm\u00e9diation. Ce qui se passe,\nc\u2019est qu\u2019il n\u2019y a plus une seule autorit\u00e9 r\u00e9f\u00e9rente et donc en fait cet\ninterm\u00e9diaire, qui \u00e9tait la banque qui \u00e9tait l\u2019autorit\u00e9 centrale, dispara\u00eet.\nDonc \u00e7a a des implications absolument \u00e9normes, \u00e7a c\u2019est au niveau de la monnaie\nmais \u00e7a peut \u00eatre au niveau des \u00e9changes. Enfin, c\u2019est amen\u00e9 \u00e0 devenir une r\u00e9alit\u00e9. Alors quel\nimpact \u00e7a va avoir&nbsp;? Je ne sais pas mais on voit que Facebook a lanc\u00e9\nl\u2019initiative Libra, il existait des initiatives Bitcoins. Je pense que cela va\nchanger beaucoup de choses d\u2019un point de vue soci\u00e9tal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Une start-up coup de\nc\u0153ur&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>J\u2019en note une&nbsp;: Jumbo, mont\u00e9e par Pierre Valade.\nPierre, que j\u2019aimerais beaucoup interviewer sur la French Touch\nPodcast, a eu cette intuition que les donn\u00e9es priv\u00e9es, les donn\u00e9es des\nutilisateurs, ont\nde la valeur. Aujourd\u2019hui, en fait, elles sont tr\u00e8s facilement donn\u00e9es sans contrepartie aux GAFA.\nEt donc lui, son\nparti pris, c\u2019est de dire \u00ab je veux pouvoir effacer mes traces&nbsp;\u00bb. Il a\nd\u00e9velopp\u00e9 une application, qui est sortie il y a quelques mois maintenant, qui\ns\u2019appelle \u2018Jumbo\u2019, que vous pouvez t\u00e9l\u00e9charger sur iOS et Android&nbsp;et qui\npermet vraiment en un clic d\u2019effacer vos donn\u00e9es sur des Twitter, des Facebook,\ndes Google etc. Donc c\u2019est vraiment&nbsp;: simplifier et redonner le contr\u00f4le aux\nutilisateurs sur leurs donn\u00e9es.
