On aura notamment un \u0153il sur l&rsquo;avenir de la Search Generative Experience, supercharg\u00e9e d\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative annonc\u00e9e par Google et ses impacts sur le levier, tout comme Google Merchant Center qui fait place \u00e9galement \u00e0 de l\u2019IA. En conclusion, en 2023, <strong>l\u2019IA s\u2019est infiltr\u00e9e dans la cr\u00e9ation de contenu et elle continuera de le faire en 2024 au sein m\u00eame des plateformes publicitaires<\/strong>, avec <a href=\"https:\/\/www.keyade.com\/fr\/blog\/google-partner-summit-2023-ia-agences\/\">les \u00e9volutions annonc\u00e9es par Google Ads<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cela soul\u00e8vera une nouvelle fois la question des black box (qui n\u2019a pas fini de faire parler concernant Performance Max) et du r\u00f4le des agences. Auront-elles encore du travail en 2024&nbsp;? La r\u00e9ponse est oui. Comme pour l\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, il faut un prompt de qualit\u00e9 et v\u00e9rifier ce qui est produit en vue de l\u2019am\u00e9liorer, <strong>pour obtenir de bonnes performances d\u2019un algorithme ou d\u2019une intelligence artificielle, il faut ma\u00eetriser son pilotage, s\u2019assurer de la qualit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es qui alimentent l\u2019algorithme, voire les raffiner pour obtenir le meilleur de l\u2019automatisation<\/strong>. En aval, il faut \u00e9galement contr\u00f4ler ce que l&rsquo;IA produit et proc\u00e9der \u00e0 des ajustements si n\u00e9cessaire. Et c\u2019est justement notre m\u00e9tier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019IA g\u00e9n\u00e9rative, du type ChatGPT, peut faciliter la vie des agences et annonceurs en automatisant certaines t\u00e2ches \u00e0 faible valeur ajout\u00e9e, en aidant \u00e0 la prise de d\u00e9cision ou en nourrissant la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9 de nos \u00e9quipes. <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Mais <strong>pour r\u00e9ussir la r\u00e9volution de l\u2019IA, il faudra que les managers insufflent la dynamique et l\u2019accompagnent par la cr\u00e9ation de nouveaux process par exemple<\/strong><\/em>, explique \u00c9lodie Nantes, Responsable Data &amp; Innovation chez Keyade<em>. En effet, m\u00eame si abandonner les cookies tiers est un d\u00e9fi majeur, il s\u2019agit aussi d\u2019une opportunit\u00e9 pour renforcer la confiance avec les consommateurs et la performance des campagnes en alimentant les algorithmes de donn\u00e9es business r\u00e9elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Par ailleurs, <strong>la mise en place du Digital Markets Act au 6 mars 2024 imposera une adaptation des outils utilis\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui<\/strong>, \u00e0 commencer par la remont\u00e9e des informations de consentement via la mise \u00e0 jour de la solution Consent Mode de Google. Or, m\u00eame si beaucoup de nos annonceurs disposent d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u2019assets vid\u00e9o, ils ne correspondent souvent pas aux attendus des plateformes et de leurs utilisateurs. Dans ce contexte, les annonceurs sont en demande d\u2019accompagnement pour savoir comment produire les cr\u00e9ations qui auront le plus d\u2019impact sur les consommateurs, dans un environnement de plus en plus concurrentiel.
