C\u2019est l\u2019occasion pour nous de revenir avec S\u00e9bastien Ruiz, Head of AudioM, sur la gen\u00e8se de ce nouveau service et sur ce que peut proposer l\u2019audio digital aux annonceurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keyade : Quelle est la gen\u00e8se d\u2019AudioM ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00e9bastien Ruiz : Notre constat \u00e9tait que l&rsquo;audio, et surtout l&rsquo;audio digital, offrait des avantages importants pour les marques. Or ces derni\u00e8res ne les exploitaient pas suffisamment ou pas du tout dans leur strat\u00e9gie m\u00e9dia. Deux raisons expliquent cela : le march\u00e9 de l&rsquo;audio est relativement complexe \u00e0 appr\u00e9hender, et les annonceurs ont du mal \u00e0 comprendre les diff\u00e9rences entre les diff\u00e9rentes plateformes disponibles. Nous avons donc d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de structurer l&rsquo;offre et de la rendre plus lisible pour aider les annonceurs \u00e0 mieux appr\u00e9hender le digital.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que l&rsquo;audio digital peut r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres enjeux que celui de la conversion, tels que la notori\u00e9t\u00e9, la p\u00e9dagogie ou le lancement de produits. Enfin, certains annonceurs ne sont pas \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise avec la cr\u00e9ation sonore, ce qui les emp\u00eache d&rsquo;investir dans l&rsquo;audio digital. Nous avons donc pour objectif d&rsquo;accompagner ces annonceurs dans leur cr\u00e9ation sonore et de les aider \u00e0 adapter leur strat\u00e9gie m\u00e9dia \u00e0 l\u2019audio. Voil\u00e0 en gros la gen\u00e8se d&rsquo;AudioM !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu\u2019attendent les annonceurs de vous ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous proposons une vari\u00e9t\u00e9 de services \u00e0 nos clients. Tout d&rsquo;abord, nous offrons un service d&rsquo;analyse des audiences et du march\u00e9, qui nous permet de mieux comprendre comment les consommateurs utilisent les m\u00e9dias num\u00e9riques et comment ils consomment l&rsquo;audio en particulier. Ensuite, nous assurons la performance des campagnes publicitaires en utilisant deux modes d&rsquo;achat diff\u00e9rents : l&rsquo;achat programmatique et la contextualisation publicitaire. Nous offrons \u00e9galement des services de cr\u00e9ation. Enfin, nous offrons un service de mesure de l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, qui nous permet de fournir des \u00e9tudes adapt\u00e9es aux modes de consommation de l&rsquo;audio et aux enjeux des marques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>61 % des Fran\u00e7ais aimeraient voir leur consommation audio en croissance<\/strong><\/p>\n<cite>\u00c9tude AudioM\/BMS.<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels types de formats publicitaires existe-t-il en audio ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il existe toute une diversit\u00e9 de formats en audio, allant du 30 secondes classique au podcast de marque, en passant par des formats hybrides tels que le host-read (annonce lue par le podcasteur), des chroniques sponsoris\u00e9es ou co-brand\u00e9es et des \u00e9pisodes cobrand\u00e9es. Les possibilit\u00e9s sont infinies ! Ce qui est vraiment int\u00e9ressant, c&rsquo;est que l&rsquo;audio est un m\u00e9dia tr\u00e8s souple, offrant beaucoup de libert\u00e9 en termes de contenus publicitaires. Les r\u00e9gies et les \u00e9diteurs sont tr\u00e8s flexibles et nous permettent de proposer des int\u00e9grations publicitaires tr\u00e8s personnalis\u00e9es aux annonceurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Quels avantages l\u2019audio a-t-il par rapport aux autres m\u00e9dias&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a plusieurs avantages \u00e0 utiliser l&rsquo;audio dans le mix publicitaire. D&rsquo;abord, contrairement \u00e0 l&rsquo;image, l&rsquo;audio laisse plus de place \u00e0 l&rsquo;imagination et \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ativit\u00e9. En laissant les auditeurs cr\u00e9er leur propre image mentale, vous pouvez susciter leur imagination et renforcer leur attachement \u00e0 votre marque. C\u2019est amusant, nous avons men\u00e9 des tests qui ont montr\u00e9 que les gens imaginaient des choses diff\u00e9rentes en \u00e9coutant le m\u00eame message publicitaire.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, l&rsquo;audio est \u00e9galement un m\u00e9dia relativement peu co\u00fbteux compar\u00e9 \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9dias, ce qui le rend plus accessible aux marques. Bien s\u00fbr, il faut investir pour obtenir de bonnes cr\u00e9ations de contenu, mais le ticket d&rsquo;entr\u00e9e est beaucoup moins important que sur d&rsquo;autres m\u00e9dias.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Enfin, l&rsquo;un des avantages les plus importants de l&rsquo;audio est sa perception par les auditeurs. En France, l\u2019audio est vu comme positif, agr\u00e9able, inspirant, cr\u00e9dible et fiable. L&rsquo;univers de l&rsquo;audio est un peu pr\u00e9serv\u00e9 de la surcharge m\u00e9diatique actuelle et est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un endroit de confiance et de bienveillance. Les marques qui apparaissent sur ce m\u00e9dia b\u00e9n\u00e9ficient de cette image positive, mais doivent faire attention \u00e0 la coh\u00e9rence de leur message avec le contenu diffus\u00e9. Les auditeurs sont r\u00e9actifs et n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitent pas \u00e0 r\u00e9agir si un spot ne correspond pas au contenu propos\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>95,1 % des Fran\u00e7ais \u00e9coutent chaque mois un programme audio<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment trouvez-vous les podcasts o\u00f9 diffuser des annonces ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a les \u00e9diteurs radio traditionnels comme RTL, RMC et le service public, les \u00e9diteurs de m\u00e9dias non audios tels que la presse et la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, et enfin les cr\u00e9ateurs de contenu ind\u00e9pendants. Des r\u00e9gies commercialisent ces podcasts, notamment la r\u00e9gie leader Acast, qui rassemble 60&nbsp;% \u00e0 70&nbsp;% du march\u00e9 du podcast natif en France. Ils ont principalement des podcasts du secteur de la presse et des podcasts ind\u00e9pendants comme Hugo D\u00e9crypte. Il existe d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9gies, B2B par exemple, et des \u00e9diteurs directs proposent des espaces publicitaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Comment vois-tu l&rsquo;audio se d\u00e9velopper dans les prochains mois?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Spotify a investi massivement dans la production de podcasts et cherche \u00e0 trouver le mod\u00e8le \u00e9conomique le plus adapt\u00e9 pour les diffuser, en proposant depuis peu certaines de leurs productions sur d&rsquo;autres plateformes telles qu&rsquo;Apple Podcasts ou Google Podcasts.
