Sa promesse&nbsp;? Accompagner les annonceurs dans la modernisation de leurs m\u00e9dias, par l&rsquo;adoption de technologies publicitaires et une approche de consulting innovante. Nous avons rencontr\u00e9 Adrien Lepage, sponsor GroupM du lancement en France d\u2019Acceleration, pour nous parler de cette nouvelle offre.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Bonjour Adrien, est-ce que tu peux nous parler d&rsquo;Acceleration ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adrien Lepage : Acceleration a \u00e9t\u00e9 cr\u00e9\u00e9e en Afrique du Sud il y a environ quinze ans. C\u2019est une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9e dans l&rsquo;accompagnement des annonceurs dans l&rsquo;adoption de technologies publicitaires, notamment celles de Google, telles que Google Marketing Platform (GMP) et Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Mais aussi dans certains march\u00e9s de stack comme Adobe, Salesforce, etc. Nous travaillons plus largement sur des projets de maturit\u00e9 et de transformation digitales, ou d&rsquo;\u00e9quipement technologique pour les clients. Il s&rsquo;agit ensuite d&rsquo;apprendre \u00e0 ces clients \u00e0 mieux se servir de ces technologies dans le but d&rsquo;am\u00e9liorer et de moderniser le m\u00e9dia. C&rsquo;est d&rsquo;un c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la prestation de conseil et de l&rsquo;autre de l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration technologique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment Acceleration s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e dans le monde ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AL : Apr\u00e8s avoir connu un grand succ\u00e8s en Afrique du Sud, Acceleration s&rsquo;est d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e partout dans le monde avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre rachet\u00e9e par WPP. Au sein de WPP, elle a naturellement \u00e9t\u00e9 int\u00e9gr\u00e9e \u00e0 la galaxie Wunderman Thompson, fleuron du groupe dans la technologie, les donn\u00e9es et le CRM. Cela a bien fonctionn\u00e9. Puis il a \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9cid\u00e9 il y a un an et demi de rattacher Acceleration \u00e0 GroupM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quel est l&rsquo;objectif de cette int\u00e9gration \u00e0 GroupM ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AL : L&rsquo;objectif est de donner un nouvel \u00e9lan \u00e0 l&rsquo;offre d&rsquo;Acceleration. La promesse pour nos clients reste la m\u00eame&nbsp;: moderniser le m\u00e9dia, avec une approche de consulting innovante et, bien s\u00fbr, la technologie. Nous apportons aux annonceurs et agences des bo\u00eetes \u00e0 outils, un savoir-faire et une excellence op\u00e9rationnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Comment allez-vous moderniser le m\u00e9dia ?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AL : Notre approche se concentre sur l\u2019analyse marketing qui va au-del\u00e0 du suivi des visites entrantes ou du temps pass\u00e9. Nous aidons nos clients \u00e0 mieux comprendre leur analytics et \u00e0 l&rsquo;utiliser de mani\u00e8re plus efficace. Ce qui nous occupe en ce moment par exemple, c\u2019est le passage d\u2019Universal Analytics \u00e0 Google Analytics 4 (GA4). Cette migration est une petite r\u00e9volution dans la mani\u00e8re dont Google permet de suivre les analytics. Acceleration est un des champions en la mati\u00e8re. Nous accompagnons nos clients dans cette transition technologique, mais aussi dans son usage, dans la mani\u00e8re de voir les \u00e9v\u00e9nements qui arriveront sur leur site ou dans leur \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelle est la valeur ajout\u00e9e d\u2019Acceleration&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AL : Comme nous sommes issus d\u2019une agence, nous comprenons les besoins des annonceurs et nous pouvons servir de traducteur ou de courroie de transmission entre le langage technique d&rsquo;Acceleration et celui des annonceurs qui ne sont pas forc\u00e9ment au fait de tous ces sujets-l\u00e0. Il y a parfois un vrai \u00e9cart de connaissance : l\u2019annonceur peut ne pas tr\u00e8s bien comprendre ce qu&rsquo;on lui raconte, ni saisir l&rsquo;importance ou l&rsquo;urgence du sujet. Il faut donc accompagner ce changement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, nous sommes Certified Partner Google, au m\u00eame titre par exemple que Keyade pour Search Ads 360. Cette certification reconna\u00eet notre niveau de connaissance et d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience sur certaines technologies\u00a0: Display &amp; Video 360, Google Analytics, etc. Elle nous permet de les revendre directement. C\u2019est int\u00e9ressant pour nos clients, car Google vend moins en moins ses produits directement aux annonceurs. Au-del\u00e0 de ces certifications, les \u00e9quipes d&rsquo;Acceleration sont bien entra\u00een\u00e9es sur les migrations de GA4 par exemple, avec une centaine de projets d\u00e9j\u00e0 r\u00e9alis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Quelles solutions concr\u00e8tes apportez-vous donc&nbsp;?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>AL : Acceleration d\u00e9veloppe des solutions pour r\u00e9soudre des challenges que les clients ont en marketing, en m\u00e9dia et en communication. Par exemple, un retailer peut avoir des points de vente physiques et des points de vente digitaux (site, application, etc.) : sa principale probl\u00e9matique est la r\u00e9conciliation des ventes, de l\u2019attribution, etc. Des mod\u00e8les via business data science chez GroupM ou chez Keyade savent tr\u00e8s bien le faire. Acceleration apporte une technologie compl\u00e9mentaire ou une mani\u00e8re de voir suppl\u00e9mentaire pour r\u00e9soudre ce challenge-l\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Certaines solutions sont propres \u00e0 un client, mais d&rsquo;autres le sont \u00e0 tout un secteur. Ainsi, quand Apple d\u00e9cide de supprimer le tracing publicitaire de son \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me, c&rsquo;est un d\u00e9fi qui est le m\u00eame pour tous ceux qui activent des campagnes en paid social. Pour d\u00e9bloquer cela, il existe des syst\u00e8mes de concept mode, d\u2019end-to-end conversion. Ce ne sont pas des solutions que nous avons d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es, mais que nous ma\u00eetrisons et savons appliquer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ensuite, ce qui est int\u00e9ressant dans Acceleration est le menu de services propos\u00e9s (Consent Mode, Enhanced Conversions, Migration GA4\u2026).
