Meta et TikTok entrent dans la danse en 2022 avec Advantage+ pour le premier et Smart Performance Shopping pour le second.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9mergence de ces formats, qui capitalisent sur la liquidit\u00e9 des campagnes, signifie-t-elle que nous devons faire confiance aux machines les yeux ferm\u00e9s pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer votre business&nbsp;? Non. Le r\u00f4le de l\u2019annonceur et de l\u2019agence reste toujours primordial pour la r\u00e9ussite de vos campagnes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On vous explique pourquoi !<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">On a test\u00e9 Advantage+ de Meta<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les nouvelles campagnes shopping de Meta permettent de pr\u00e9senter des publicit\u00e9s plus pertinentes aux utilisateurs selon leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences d\u2019achats. L\u2019id\u00e9e, comme pour <a href=\"https:\/\/www.keyade.com\/fr\/blog\/retour-experience-performance-max\/\">Performance Max chez Google Ads<\/a>, est de d\u00e9finir son objectif, son budget, d\u2019int\u00e9grer les assets cr\u00e9atifs que l\u2019on d\u00e9sire mettre en avant et d\u2019A\/B tester.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u2019est ensuite gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019intelligence artificielle et le machine learning que l\u2019on peut rapidement identifier les campagnes qui montrent le meilleur taux de conversion et donc la meilleure efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pour quels r\u00e9sultats&nbsp;?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous avons pu tester Advantage+ Shopping Campaigns (ASC+) d\u00e8s sa sortie et les r\u00e9sultats sont plut\u00f4t encourageants. Apr\u00e8s quelques mois de tests, nous obtenons chez l\u2019un de nos annonceurs retail <strong>un ROI multipli\u00e9 par deux et un CTA divis\u00e9 par deux<\/strong>. Les promesses du format seraient donc au rendez-vous ! Nous l\u2019avons m\u00eame int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 notre strat\u00e9gie globale d\u2019acquisition en fil rouge&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nous restons tout de m\u00eame vigilants quant \u00e0 la stabilit\u00e9 des performances et la rentabilit\u00e9 du produit. Nous \u00e9changeons \u00e9galement r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement avec Meta afin de conna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9volution des fonctionnalit\u00e9s du produit et n\u2019h\u00e9sitons pas \u00e0 leur faire notre retour d\u2019exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Attention, m\u00eame s\u2019il repose sur de l\u2019intelligence artificielle, le succ\u00e8s de ces produits n\u00e9cessite toujours de l\u2019intelligence humaine&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Une machine autonome, mais des humains toujours aux commandes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00e9fions-nous de la pr\u00e9sentation de ces formats : \u00ab&nbsp;full automation&nbsp;\u00bb. Certes, une fois vos assets int\u00e9gr\u00e9s dans la machine, celle-ci s\u2019occupe de tout. Cependant, le r\u00f4le de l\u2019agence et de l\u2019annonceur reste le m\u00eame que celui d\u2019un utilisateur de Magimix&nbsp;: tout comme le cuisinier va chercher les meilleurs ingr\u00e9dients, pr\u00e9parer ces derniers (nettoyer, couper, peser\u2026), l\u2019humain doit toujours int\u00e9grer les meilleures donn\u00e9es et \u00e9l\u00e9ments cr\u00e9atifs, les segmenter et les analyser.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame s\u2019il est vrai que l\u2019IA laisse davantage de temps \u00e0 la r\u00e9flexion et la strat\u00e9gie en amont des campagnes, la culture de l\u2019A\/B test et de l\u2019optimisation est donc toujours bien pr\u00e9sente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est donc essentiel d\u2019activer nos leviers d\u2019actions qui restent \u00e0 notre disposition. En voici certains :<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>les <strong>assets cr\u00e9atifs<\/strong> pour capter l\u2019attention de l\u2019utilisateur le plus rapidement possible, en correspondant aux diff\u00e9rents formats de la plateforme&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>les <strong>flux<\/strong>&nbsp;afin de d\u00e9finir les produits \u00e0 int\u00e9grer aux diff\u00e9rentes campagnes selon le message que l\u2019on veut adresser. Nous travaillons \u00e0 ce sujet sur des <a href=\"https:\/\/www.keyade.com\/fr\/blog\/google-shopping-segmentation\/\">strat\u00e9gies de scoring produits<\/a> pour qualifier nos campagnes selon les enjeux des clients : rentabilit\u00e9, volume de ventes, probl\u00e8me de stock\u2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>le <strong>bidding<\/strong> des campagnes afin de donner le rythme \u00e0 l\u2019algorithme et l\u2019accompagner pour remplir ses objectifs. Comme toute technologie, rien n\u2019est magique&nbsp;: la machine doit toujours \u00eatre guid\u00e9e, supervis\u00e9e et optimis\u00e9e, car celle-ci n\u2019applique que ce qu\u2019on lui demande et seul l\u2019annonceur sait encore ce qui est bon pour son business.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il est essentiel d\u2019agir pour apporter de la valeur dans un \u00e9cosyst\u00e8me o\u00f9 le travail op\u00e9rationnel se simplifie.
