Ces derniers sont les <strong>employ\u00e9s de Google qui \u00e9valuent la qualit\u00e9 des pages de r\u00e9sultats<\/strong> et A\/B testent les nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es par les ing\u00e9nieurs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Parce que l\u2019objectif ultime des quality raters est d\u2019aider les ing\u00e9nieurs de Google \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer l\u2019algorithme du moteur de recherche pour proposer des r\u00e9sultats toujours plus pertinents aux utilisateurs, la prise en compte des recommandations est essentielle pour le bon r\u00e9f\u00e9rencement naturel de votre site.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Concept E-E-A-T<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2018, Google a introduit le concept de E-A-T qui permet d\u2019\u00e9valuer la qualit\u00e9 d\u2019un contenu. Cet acronyme repose sur les termes suivants&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Expertise<\/strong>&nbsp;: l\u2019auteur de l\u2019article est-il expert dans le domaine pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 dans la page et sur le site en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral&nbsp;? Pour le prouver, le contenu doit \u00eatre de bonne qualit\u00e9&nbsp;: informatif, clair et exhaustif, en s\u2019appuyant sur des sources fiables, un vocabulaire riche, des mots cl\u00e9s ais\u00e9ment identifiables,&nbsp;etc.&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Autorit\u00e9<\/strong>&nbsp;: l\u2019auteur est-il l\u00e9gitime dans la r\u00e9daction de ce contenu&nbsp;? Cette l\u00e9gitimit\u00e9 repose sur des liens entrants de qualit\u00e9 et des partages par des sites \u00e0 forte influence&nbsp;;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trustworthiness (<strong>confiance<\/strong>)&nbsp;: la confiance repose sur l\u2019auteur, le site et le contenu. Ce crit\u00e8re est important pour les sites o\u00f9 s\u2019effectuent des transactions financi\u00e8res, comme l\u2019e-commerce. Dans ce cadre, la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est fondamentale. La confiance s\u2019\u00e9value \u00e0 partir des informations communiqu\u00e9es aux consommateurs, des garanties concernant la gestion des donn\u00e9es personnelles, la pr\u00e9sence d\u2019avis certifi\u00e9s, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Google introduit un nouveau crit\u00e8re&nbsp;: l\u2019exp\u00e9rience. Avec ce dernier, la qualit\u00e9 du contenu peut \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 travers l\u2019exp\u00e9rience dont dispose l\u2019auteur sur le contenu de son sujet, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire si son contenu r\u00e9sulte d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience personnelle ou s\u2019il dispose d\u2019informations de premi\u00e8re main. Ainsi, l\u2019avis d\u2019un utilisateur d\u2019un produit aura plus d\u2019importance que celui d\u2019une personne qui ne l\u2019a jamais utilis\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Confiance au centre du concept E-E-A-T<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus de l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, les nouvelles recommandations posent le crit\u00e8re de la confiance au-dessus de tous les autres. Pour qualifier cette derni\u00e8re, il doit analyser les donn\u00e9es apport\u00e9es sur la page \u00ab&nbsp;\u00c0 propos&nbsp;\u00bb ou les pages de profils de l\u2019auteur, ce que d\u2019autres personnes disent du site et de son auteur, et sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments contenus dans la page prouvant l\u2019expertise de celui-ci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, tout conflit d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat sera pris en consid\u00e9ration, notamment si un avis est apport\u00e9 par son cr\u00e9ateur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ces nouvelles recommandations donnent en d\u00e9tail des exemples sur les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui doivent \u00eatre rejet\u00e9s suivant l\u2019auteur et le contenu en fonction de la dangerosit\u00e9 des informations partag\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00c9largissement du contenu pris en consid\u00e9ration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Google ajoute de nombreuses r\u00e9f\u00e9rences aux r\u00e9seaux sociaux, aux influenceurs et aux formats que peut prendre le contenu (vid\u00e9o, contenu g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 par les utilisateurs ou posts de r\u00e9seaux sociaux).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette mise \u00e0 jour pr\u00e9cise de mani\u00e8re fine ce qui est pris en consid\u00e9ration pour estimer pour chaque crit\u00e8re, le contenu consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme dangereux et celui qui peut \u00eatre estim\u00e9 comme \u00e9tant suffisamment de confiance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Originalit\u00e9&nbsp;: un nouveau crit\u00e8re d\u2019\u00e9valuation du contenu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La qualit\u00e9 du contenu principal doit \u00eatre \u00e9valu\u00e9e selon l\u2019effort mis en \u0153uvre par son cr\u00e9ateur, l\u2019originalit\u00e9, le talent ou les comp\u00e9tences qui ont men\u00e9 \u00e0 la cr\u00e9ation de son contenu. L\u2019originalit\u00e9 remplace ici le temps de cr\u00e9ation pr\u00e9sent dans l\u2019ancienne version. Le nouveau crit\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9 repose sur l\u2019absence de contenu similaire sur d\u2019autres sites web.
