Il revient sur les b\u00e9n\u00e9ficies du Customer Journey pour son activit\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #00aae3;\">PRECISION DE L&rsquo;ANALYSE<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Madmetrics collecte les donn\u00e9es des campagnes publicitaires au niveau le plus fin des structures media. Le Customer Journey, aliment\u00e9 par ces donn\u00e9es tr\u00e8s granulaires, permet ainsi de visualiser pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment le parcours client ind\u00e9pendamment de la segmentation choisie par l\u2019utilisateur. Selon Maxime Grasso, \u00ab la granularit\u00e9 des donn\u00e9es est un v\u00e9ritable avantage : je peux visualiser la contribution media selon l\u2019angle d\u2019analyse qui m\u2019int\u00e9resse. Par exemple, au sein du levier SEA, je peux conna\u00eetre la contribution \u00e0 la conversion pour les campagnes marque, les campagnes g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, les campagnes Shopping, la longue traine, etc. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #00aae3;\">AUTONOMIE<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui, il n\u2019existe pas \u00e0 ma connaissance de solution d\u2019analytics qui propose nativement un module d\u2019analyse du parcours client, explique Maxime Grasso. Souvent, il faut extraire les donn\u00e9es d\u2019un syst\u00e8me d\u2019analytics et les retraiter. Comme l\u2019outil de Customer Journey est directement int\u00e9gr\u00e9 \u00e0 Madmetrics, je peux visualiser le parcours client en fonction de toutes les conversions que je mesure avec Madmetrics : ventes, cr\u00e9ations de compte, etc. \u00bb. L\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat pour Maxime Grasso r\u00e9side \u00e9galement dans l\u2019autonomie d\u2019utilisation que lui apporte la solution : \u00ab pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un rapport de contribution, je ne suis pas tributaire d\u2019une personne tierce qui doit intervenir.
