En particulier, Facebook a mis \u00e0 la disposition des annonceurs un indicateur (en beta) qui mesurait les visites en magasin engendr\u00e9es par l\u2019exposition \u00e0 des publicit\u00e9s personnalis\u00e9es (avec les informations locales de chaque point de vente du retailer \u2013 horaires d\u2019ouvertures, localisation, informations de contact, etc.) sur le r\u00e9seau social. Pour r\u00e9aliser cette mesure, Facebook s\u2019appuyait sur les donn\u00e9es de g\u00e9olocalisation du consommateur en utilisant le GPS de son smartphone, la localisation WiFi ou Bluetooth (via des balises) puis comparait ces donn\u00e9es avec les emplacements des magasins. L\u2019indicateur \u00e9tait ensuite calcul\u00e9 par mod\u00e9lisation statistique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"problematique\">Probl\u00e9matique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le trafic en magasin associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019indicateur Store Visit (toujours en beta pendant plusieurs ann\u00e9es) \u00e9tait devenu un objectif central de la strat\u00e9gie social media de nombreux annonceurs travaillant le digital-to-store. Or, depuis le 1<sup>er<\/sup> avril 2021, Facebook a arr\u00eat\u00e9 de proposer cet indicateur (l\u2019objectif \u2018Store Visit est cependant toujours disponible).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"solution\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour continuer de mesurer les visites en magasin engendr\u00e9es par des publicit\u00e9s locales sur Facebook, Keyade a donc interrog\u00e9 des solutions tierces permettant de mesurer les \u00ab&nbsp;Store Visit&nbsp;\u00bb, avec un CPV associ\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En particulier, le p\u00f4le Social Media teste la solution Adsquare, notamment pour sa m\u00e9thodologie de mesure et la fiabilit\u00e9 des indicateurs obtenus. Contrairement \u00e0 Facebook, qui mesure les visites en magasin par extrapolation statistique, Adsquare propose une mesure 100% SDK en s\u2019appuyant d\u2019une part sur les donn\u00e9es de localisation GPS des utilisateurs mais aussi sur un r\u00e9seau d\u2019applications partenaires. Adsquare agr\u00e8ge ainsi les donn\u00e9es de localisation d\u2019environ 20% de la population de smartphones en France. La solution est par ailleurs simple \u00e0 mettre en place\u00a0puisque l\u2019annonceur doit simplement disposer d\u2019un \u2018Store Locator\u2019 sur Facebook et fournir les coordonn\u00e9es GPS de ses magasins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour Jimmy Giraud, Team Leader SMO chez Keyade : <em>\u00ab&nbsp;Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa m\u00e9thodologie de mesure et le panel sur lequel elle s\u2019appuie (20% des smartphones en France, c\u2019est consid\u00e9rable), Adsquare propose une alternative \u00e0 l\u2019indicateur Store Visit de Facebook que nous jugeons fiable.
