Il s\u2019agit d\u2019une gamme exclusive phare dans cette p\u00e9riode marqu\u00e9e par le Covid et le t\u00e9l\u00e9travail et pendant laquelle les gens r\u00e9am\u00e9nagent leurs espaces int\u00e9rieurs. La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e doit permettre aux utilisateurs de tester et visualiser, via un filtre simple d&rsquo;utilisation, le produit dans leur maison afin d&rsquo;optimiser leur espace de vie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le d\u00e9ploiement de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e publicitaire repr\u00e9sente aussi bien un challenge technique qu\u2019un co\u00fbt de d\u00e9veloppement pour un annonceur. D\u2019autre part, le co\u00fbt du format en lui-m\u00eame est bien sup\u00e9rieur au co\u00fbt d\u2019une publicit\u00e9 classique. Il est donc primordial de mettre en place un dispositif de mesure permettant une \u00e9valuation la plus compl\u00e8te possible de l\u2019impact des AR Ads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les \u00e9quipes social media de Castorama ont travaill\u00e9 sur la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un filtre Instagram simple d\u2019utilisation ainsi qu\u2019une courte vid\u00e9o destin\u00e9e \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter le produit et inciter les utilisateurs \u00e0 tester le filtre. Au sein de cette cellule, 50% du budget est investi sur le dispositif Business As Usual et 50% sur les AR Ads.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette structure de campagne, la mise en place d\u2019une \u00e9tude Brand Lift Survey <em>Multicell<\/em> permet de mesurer en particulier l\u2019impact de l\u2019exposition aux AR Ads.<strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">Apr\u00e8s 5 semaines de diffusion, <em>l\u2019\u00e9tude Brand Lift Survey<\/em> <a>met en \u00e9vidence l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de la r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e sur les phases amont du tunnel de conversion. L\u2019\u00e9tude permet de comparer la m\u00e9morisation produit et la consid\u00e9ration d\u2019achat des utilisateurs expos\u00e9s aux campagnes de chaque cellule (BAU et BAU+ AR) par rapport \u00e0 des utilisateurs non expos\u00e9s.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le r\u00e9sultat est sans appel&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Le lift est significatif sur la cellule BAU+AR avec +4,8 points de m\u00e9morisation produit par rapport aux utilisateurs non expos\u00e9s. Ce lift est au-dessus des normes de benchmark fournies par Facebook (+3,5 points). A l\u2019oppos\u00e9, le lift sur la cellule BAU est non significatif (et proche de z\u00e9ro) en termes de m\u00e9morisation produit par rapport aux utilisateurs non expos\u00e9s.<\/li><li>La r\u00e9alit\u00e9 augment\u00e9e a \u00e9galement un impact significatif sur la consid\u00e9ration d\u2019achat avec un lift de +4,6 points sur la cellule BAU+AR.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jimmy Giraud, Consultant Social Media chez Keyade en charge de cette campagne, analyse&nbsp;: <em>\u00ab Les \u00e9tudes Brand Lift Surveys permettent avant tout de d\u00e9gager des tendances.
