Certaines marques ont cependant observ\u00e9 des croissances astronomiques de leur chiffre d\u2019affaires en ligne (jusqu\u2019\u00e0 +800%&nbsp;!), \u00e9volutions assur\u00e9ment li\u00e9es au contexte de la crise sanitaire&nbsp;puisqu\u2019en 2020 la fermeture des magasins a massivement redirig\u00e9 les consommateurs vers les sites e-commerce et les marques ont beaucoup investi sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client en ligne ainsi que la diversification des modes d\u2019achat et de retrait.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si les directions digitales se r\u00e9jouissent de ces \u00e9volutions, ces performances am\u00e8nent toutefois une question de fond&nbsp;: comment mesurer la part de la croissance li\u00e9e au contexte et la part li\u00e9e \u00e0 la strat\u00e9gie digitale et aux optimisations media&nbsp;?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On imagine bien que la r\u00e9ponse sera plus th\u00e9orique qu\u2019empirique et qu\u2019elle n\u2019aura rien d\u2019universel. Les consultants Keyade proposent n\u00e9anmoins quelques pistes de r\u00e9flexion pour d\u00e9composer une croissance exceptionnelle de chiffre d\u2019affaires en 2021 \u00e0 partir de Google Analytics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D\u00e9composer la m\u00e9canique des indicateurs<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un premier temps, on se propose de d\u00e9composer les \u00e9l\u00e9ments qui participent m\u00e9caniquement \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9volution du CA&nbsp;: clics, taux de conversion, panier moyen et aussi plus r\u00e9cemment, nombre de sessions track\u00e9es sur Google Analytics (un chiffre m\u00e9caniquement en baisse en raison de la mise en conformit\u00e9 des sites avec les directives de la CNIL en mati\u00e8re de respect de la vie priv\u00e9e).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Isoler les facteurs de march\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9tape consiste \u00e0 int\u00e9grer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quation des facteurs ext\u00e9rieurs comme l\u2019\u00e9volution des co\u00fbts publicitaires. Des plateformes comme Google et Bing en SEA ou Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat en Social Media fournissent des rapports sectoriels de tendance permettant d\u2019identifier des variations de co\u00fbts structurelles sur le CPC (co\u00fbt par clic) ou le CPM (co\u00fbt par mille).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Analyser l\u2019impact de chaque facteur<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019analyse des sessions sur Google Analytics permet plusieurs niveaux de comparaison pour se faire une id\u00e9e de la nature structurelle ou conjoncturelle de l\u2019\u00e9volution des indicateurs&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Comparaison par p\u00e9riodes&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00e9volution des indicateurs peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9e entre les p\u00e9riodes pendant lesquelles les magasins \u00e9taient ouverts et les p\u00e9riodes pendant lesquelles les consommateurs n\u2019achetaient que via le site e-commerce.<\/li><li>Comparaison avec les autres leviers&nbsp;: l\u2019\u00e9volution des indicateurs peut \u00eatre compar\u00e9e d\u2019un levier \u00e0 l\u2019autre. Si on observe une diff\u00e9rence significative dans l\u2019\u00e9volution d\u2019un indicateur sur un levier donn\u00e9, on peut formuler l\u2019hypoth\u00e8se d\u2019un impact particulier du levier (et des optimisations apport\u00e9es) sur la performance du CA online.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alexandre Dumoulin, consultant SEA chez Keyade, conclut&nbsp;: \u00ab L\u2019exercice est complexe et les r\u00e9sultats d\u2019analyse doivent bien s\u00fbr se lire avec beaucoup de pr\u00e9cautions.
