D\u00e9but 2020, Transavia proposait plus de 110 destinations vers l\u2019Europe et le bassin m\u00e9diterran\u00e9en au d\u00e9part de la France et des Pays-Bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"bold-marine\">En paid media digital, la personnalisation du message est cl\u00e9 pour g\u00e9n\u00e9rer de la conversion. Dans l\u2019industrie du Travel, les internautes qui pr\u00e9parent un voyage recherchent la plupart du temps un vol selon son <strong>origine<\/strong> et sa <strong>destination <\/strong>et le <strong>prix<\/strong> d\u2019un vol peut \u00eatre un d\u00e9clencheur d\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat aupr\u00e8s des consommateurs qui envisagent de voyager. Par cons\u00e9quent, pour maximiser l\u2019impact du SEA et du Social Media sur son business, Transavia a besoin de <strong>communiquer individuellement sur chaque route<\/strong> et d\u2019inclure dans ses publicit\u00e9s des<strong> informations sp\u00e9cifiques<\/strong> \u00e0 chacune d\u2019entre elles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour communiquer individuellement sur chaque route, Transavia utilise des formats SEA et Social Media bas\u00e9s sur des flux produits (Inventory Management Campaigns (IMC) sur Google et Dynamic Advertising for Travel (DAT) sur Facebook). Ces formats permettent de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer automatiquement des annonces \u00e0 partir des informations contenues dans un flux produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais dans le cas de Transavia, la volatilit\u00e9 des produits (les routes) et des informations associ\u00e9es (entre autres, les prix) complique l\u2019utilisation de ces formats. En effet, des routes peuvent \u00eatre cr\u00e9\u00e9es ou dispara\u00eetre d\u2019un march\u00e9 d\u2019une p\u00e9riode \u00e0 l\u2019autre (encore plus dans le contexte sanitaire actuel) et les informations associ\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque route, notamment les prix, sont des informations tr\u00e8s volatiles susceptibles d\u2019\u00e9voluer plusieurs fois par jour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour garantir la pertinence et l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 de l\u2019activation media, Transavia se tourne donc vers Keyade pour&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Construire un catalogue<\/strong> de routes <em>complet<\/em> et <em>actualis\u00e9 en temps r\u00e9el<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Centraliser le pilotage<\/strong> media (activation\/d\u00e9sactivation publicitaire) des routes de chaque march\u00e9 (France, Espagne, Portugal)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Performance digitale &amp; Feed management by Keyade<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La cr\u00e9ation, la structuration et la gestion de flux de donn\u00e9es fiables et p\u00e9rennes sont au c\u0153ur des enjeux de performance du paid media digital. Pour accompagner ses clients sur ces enjeux, Keyade con\u00e7oit et met en place des solutions avanc\u00e9es de gestion des flux, enti\u00e8rement flexibles et personnalis\u00e9es pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble des probl\u00e9matiques de flux existantes (cr\u00e9ation, stockage, diffusion, transfert, vision analytique consolid\u00e9e des performances\u2026).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Forte de la puissance technologique de son p\u00f4le R&amp;D et d\u2019une \u00e9quipe enti\u00e8rement d\u00e9di\u00e9e, Keyade est en mesure de&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>collecter les donn\u00e9es via une multitude de sources&nbsp;: API, FTP, URL, email, scrapping de site\u2026<\/li><li>traiter tous les types de donn\u00e9es et fusionner plusieurs sources (CRM, catalogue produits\u2026)<\/li><li>g\u00e9n\u00e9rer tous les types de formats adapt\u00e9s aux activations media ou aux besoins de reporting (CSV, XML, Excel\u2026)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Application TRAVEL pour Transavia<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Keyade accompagne Transavia dans la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un catalogue produits activable en media (1 produit = 1 route, caract\u00e9ris\u00e9e par son Origine et sa Destination).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"bold-marine\"><strong>Etape 1&nbsp;: Auditer les sources puis collecter les donn\u00e9es. <\/strong>Keyade r\u00e9alise un audit de l\u2019ensemble des sources de donn\u00e9es de Transavia et identifie pour chaque route l\u2019ensemble des informations disponibles n\u00e9cessaires au pilotage media (prix, nombre de si\u00e8ges disponibles, images, etc.). L\u2019agence met ensuite en place les moyens n\u00e9cessaires pour collecter ces donn\u00e9es. Ici, Keyade a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 plusieurs connecteurs API permettant de r\u00e9cup\u00e9rer les informations directement aupr\u00e8s des bases de donn\u00e9es de Transavia, et r\u00e9cup\u00e8re ainsi le d\u00e9tail de l\u2019ensemble des routes actives \u00e0 un instant <em>t<\/em> ainsi que l\u2019ensemble des informations associ\u00e9es \u00e0 chaque route.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"bold-marine\"><strong>Etape 2&nbsp;: Traiter les donn\u00e9es pour construire les flux.<\/strong> Transavia et Keyade d\u00e9finissent ensemble un protocole de traitement pour int\u00e9grer les donn\u00e9es pertinentes au sein du flux produits. Par exemple, Keyade collecte plusieurs informations de prix (prix d\u2019appel, prix r\u00e9el, prix limite, etc.) et effectue des traitements pour int\u00e9grer l\u2019une ou l\u2019autre de ces informations au flux en fonction de scenarios d\u00e9finis&nbsp;: int\u00e9grer le prix d\u2019appel s\u2019il est inf\u00e9rieur au prix effectif, int\u00e9grer le prix limite si la moyenne du prix d\u2019appel sur une p\u00e9riode est inf\u00e9rieure \u00e0 une valeur donn\u00e9e, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"bold-marine\"><strong>Etape 3&nbsp;: G\u00e9n\u00e9rer des catalogues produits complets, actualis\u00e9s et activables en media.<\/strong> Keyade g\u00e9n\u00e8re des flux produits adapt\u00e9s aux sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9s de chaque format publicitaire (IMC sur Google, DAT sur Facebook). Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la connexion API entre Keyade et Transavia, ces flux sont mis \u00e0 jour plusieurs fois par jour. Les catalogues de routes ainsi cr\u00e9\u00e9s permettent \u00e0 Transavia de cr\u00e9er automatiquement des annonces SEA et Social Media personnalis\u00e9es pour chaque route, avec des informations actualis\u00e9es en temps r\u00e9el.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"bold-marine\"><strong>Etape 4\u00a0: Centraliser le pilotage media. <\/strong>Keyade centralise l\u2019ensemble des routes actives sur chaque march\u00e9 au sein d\u2019un fichier Google Drive partag\u00e9 avec les \u00e9quipes Transavia des diff\u00e9rents march\u00e9s (France, Espagne, Portugal). Sur Facebook, le dispositif permet m\u00eame d\u2019utiliser des formats DCO (Dynamic content Optimisation) \u00e0 partir des visuels pour chaque route, \u00e9galement collect\u00e9s via les API.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Pilotage media simplifi\u00e9 mais renforc\u00e9<\/strong><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la centralisation de l\u2019ensemble des routes actives dans un Google Drive partag\u00e9, l\u2019ensemble des parties prenantes peut piloter ou conna\u00eetre l\u2019\u00e9tat de l\u2019activation publicitaire de chaque route, sur chaque march\u00e9, en temps r\u00e9el.
