Entreprise d\u2019assurance citoyenne et engag\u00e9e, Macif est le premier assureur automobile en France (6 millions de contrats) et compte 533 points d\u2019accueil physiques et t\u00e9l\u00e9phoniques sur tout le territoire. Depuis pr\u00e8s de trois ans, le groupe Macif a entam\u00e9 une acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration de sa digitalisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Challenge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Macif affiche l\u2019ambition de b\u00e2tir une usine \u00e0 leads performante et de continuer \u00e0 gagner des parts de march\u00e9. En SEA, l\u2019assureur se fixe pour objectif de faire cro\u00eetre les leads tout en conservant le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019investissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour atteindre de tels objectifs sur l\u2019un des secteurs les plus concurrentiels du search marketing, Keyade propose une solution bas\u00e9e sur une utilisation efficace et pertinente de l\u2019intelligence artificielle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Solution <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Moderniser la structure des comptes gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9thode Hagakure<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Import\u00e9e du Japon, Hagakure est une m\u00e9thode de structuration des campagnes qui mise sur la simplification de la structure SEA pour maximiser les apprentissages du machine learning. Macif est alors l\u2019un des premiers acteurs du secteur \u00e0 adopter cette strat\u00e9gie lors de son importation en France.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier des avantages de cette m\u00e9thode tout en conservant une lecture granulaire de la performance par univers, Keyade propose une alternative hybride personnalis\u00e9e de la m\u00e9thode. L\u2019agence op\u00e8re une refonte compl\u00e8te des campagnes SEA de l\u2019assureur, qui passe ainsi d\u2019une structure extr\u00eamement granulaire (4 \u00e0 6 campagnes par univers et plus de 10 adgroups par campagne avec autant d\u2019adgroups que de th\u00e9matiques) \u00e0 une structure simplifi\u00e9e mais segment\u00e9e par univers (2 campagnes par univers&nbsp;(Marque\/G\u00e9n\u00e9rique) et seulement 2 adgroups par campagne&nbsp;(Top mots-cl\u00e9s\/DSA)).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Choisir le bon pilotage, bas\u00e9 sur le machine learning<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La mise en place de la structure Hagakure a pour cons\u00e9quence de maximiser les volumes de donn\u00e9es par adgroup et par campagne et donc de favoriser l\u2019apprentissage des algorithmes. La seconde \u00e9tape consiste donc \u00e0 choisir avec pertinence les strat\u00e9gies d\u2019optimisation automatique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans une approche test &amp; learn, Keyade met en place diff\u00e9rentes strat\u00e9gies d\u2019ench\u00e8res automatiques sur les diff\u00e9rentes campagnes, pendant plusieurs mois, puis recommande les deux strat\u00e9gies d\u2019ench\u00e8res les plus pertinentes en fonction de leur contexte&nbsp;:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>&lsquo;E-cpc&rsquo; sur les campagnes Marque, afin de conserver le contr\u00f4le sur le co\u00fbt par clic&nbsp;;<\/li><li>&lsquo;Maximiser les conversions&rsquo;<strong> <\/strong>sur les campagnes de mots-cl\u00e9s g\u00e9n\u00e9riques, afin de maximiser le volume de leads.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Maximiser la pertinence des annonces pour r\u00e9duire le co\u00fbt des campagnes<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Une autre cons\u00e9quence de la structure simplifi\u00e9e Hagakure est le rassemblement des mots-cl\u00e9s au sein d\u2019un m\u00eame adgroup. Google pr\u00e9conise donc de r\u00e9diger des annonces plus g\u00e9n\u00e9riques pour s\u2019assurer de la correspondance des annonces avec les requ\u00eates. Or, moins une annonce est personnalis\u00e9e, moins les chances sont importantes de retenir l\u2019attention des internautes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019intelligence artificielle permet l\u00e0 encore d\u2019apporter une r\u00e9ponse. Pour parer \u00e0 cette contrainte de la m\u00e9thode et continuer de maximiser le niveau de qualit\u00e9 des campagnes (via le Quality Score), Keyade met en place des balises d\u2019insertion de mots-cl\u00e9s au sein des campagnes SEA de Macif. Ces balises permettent de personnaliser dynamiquement les titres des annonces en fonction de la requ\u00eate de l\u2019internaute, avec un impact positif sur le taux de clic et donc sur le Quality Score.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans un contexte o\u00f9 Macif souhaite conserver le m\u00eame niveau d\u2019investissement SEA, l\u2019attention port\u00e9e au taux de clic via ces balises d\u2019insertion de mots-cl\u00e9s est importante puisqu\u2019un bon niveau de qualit\u00e9 des campagnes est synonyme de moindre co\u00fbt, et donc d\u2019\u00e9conomies permettant de r\u00e9pondre aux ambitions \u00e9lev\u00e9es de g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de nouveaux leads.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">R\u00e9sultats<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Un objectif d\u2019usine \u00e0 leads plus qu\u2019atteint<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Macif et Keyade r\u00e9ussissent une int\u00e9gration pertinente de l\u2019intelligence artificielle au sein des campagnes SEA. A niveau d\u2019investissement \u00e9quivalent, les campagnes SEA de Macif ont g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9 +135% de leads en un an (performances YoY), pour un co\u00fbt d\u2019acquisition (co\u00fbt par lead) r\u00e9duit de 56%&nbsp;sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode&nbsp;!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Gain de parts de march\u00e9<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le dispositif s\u2019est \u00e9galement r\u00e9v\u00e9l\u00e9 efficace pour capter davantage d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s&nbsp;puisque Macif a gagn\u00e9 +159% de part de voix en un an.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A noter \u00e9galement que le Quality Score des annonces Macif est en hausse de 13% sur la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode. Pour approfondir l\u2019analyse, Keyade a utilis\u00e9 un outil permettant d\u2019analyser l\u2019\u00e9volution des 3 piliers du Quality Score (qualit\u00e9 des annonces, taux de clic, page de destination). Selon cet outil, la croissance du Quality Score est due \u00e0 une croissance des deux premiers indicateurs, qualit\u00e9 des annonces et taux de clic, tandis que le troisi\u00e8me reste inchang\u00e9 (page de destination).
