Keyade is a digital performance agency that creates and executes smart digital media strategies as well as offers consulting services and advanced technological solutions.

Keyade was born in 2006 when its three founders came together with a vision for a new kind of media agency that was both unassuming and cutting-edge. In 2014 Keyade joined WPP (number one marketing and communications company in the world) as part of its GroupM media agency network (which manages one third of ad spending worldwide).

Keyade’s branch in Dubai, led by Hicham Auajjar, has a staff of about 15.

Job description

We are looking for a manager for our agency in Dubai who would work closely with the agency’s director.

The job involves a variety of cross-department responsibilities in a range of areas which will draw your creative skills, with the goal of continuing to move the company forward and boost its performance and success.

Innovation is at the core of who we are and fundamental to all that we do both in terms of assisting our clients as well as managing our teams. You will be responsible to initiate and oversee innovative strategies and deploy them within the agency as well as towards our clients.


## The job is far from routine, but the fundamentals of your mission would be the following:

Management: Your role is critical to guiding and leading the team and to help our consultants grow in their jobs and relationships with our clients. You are responsible for the quality of the work that is done, and that budget and timetable requirements are met.

Customer relationships: You are responsible to ensure good customer relationships, and therefore your job is to ensure sufficient technical and human resources are engaged to meet the needs and expectations of our clients throughout the region.

Strategic and technological assistance to clients: You participate in discussing and crafting client strategies as well as the implementation of innovative initiatives.

Innovation: You are a driver of progress within the agency through innovative initiatives as well as through your participation in critical agency activities such as training, the selection of new digital tools, setting up automated workflows, etc.

Training: You identify training needs within the agency, and lead innovative initiatives that help each team member continue to improve their skills and which raise up the managers of tomorrow. A structured high quality onboarding training program will further facilitate the recruitment of new consultants to bolster our operational teams.

Your responsibilities may also evolve depending on your own goals and aspirations. We want you to as much as possible flap your wings with new initiatives that are in line with your position and which broaden your perspective!

Education and Experience

You hold a university masters degree or equivalent  in marketing.

You have significant operational experience in SEA and/or Paid Social, as well as managerial experience at a media agency or advertiser.

We don’t expect perfection, but following are some of the qualities you will need to succeed in this position.

  • Fluency in English as your working language; Arabic is a plus.
  • You have leadership qualities; you like to coach and help your co-workers grow together; you promote a team spirit.
  • You cultivate good relationships both with your clients and your team. You know how to listen, analyze, work with others, and communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
  • You are a self-starter, well organized, diligent, and have solid experience in project management.

  • You are curious; you love to create, innovate, and take up new challenges. You are eager to share what you know and learn with others.

  • You are well versed in digital media.
