Aujourd\u2019hui, elle vient chez Keyade pour participer \u00e0 un workshop immersif avec ses interlocutrices quotidiennes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00ab J\u2019aime beaucoup le principe de l\u2019immersion \u00bb<\/em> explique Am\u00e9lie, <em>\u00ab je communique quotidiennement avec Angelika et Cl\u00e9mentine et la plupart du temps nous \u00e9changeons sur le pilotage quotidien ou la performance imm\u00e9diate. Nous avons donc d\u00e9di\u00e9 le workshop d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui \u00e0 une r\u00e9flexion commune autour des objectifs de long terme et des meilleures fa\u00e7ons de travailler ensemble \u00bb.<\/em><br \/>\nElle poursuit : <em>\u00ab Ces workshops ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis en place sur la proposition d\u2019Angelika lors de notre dernier bilan annuel, pour am\u00e9liorer notre collaboration, et nous avons organis\u00e9 la premi\u00e8re immersion chez nous. Je trouve ce syst\u00e8me d\u2019alternance tr\u00e8s b\u00e9n\u00e9fique car il permet aussi bien \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9quipe Keyade de comprendre nos m\u00e9thodes qu\u2019\u00e0 nous de comprendre les leurs. Cela m\u00e9rite vraiment d\u2019\u00eatre p\u00e9rennis\u00e9. \u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ce n\u2019est pas la premi\u00e8re fois qu\u2019Am\u00e9lie vient pour une immersion chez Keyade : <em>\u00ab A mon arriv\u00e9e chez Vente Priv\u00e9e il y a un an, l\u2019\u00e9quipe m\u2019a propos\u00e9 de passer une journ\u00e9e en immersion dans ses locaux afin que je puisse rencontrer mes diff\u00e9rents contacts ainsi que les managers et j\u2019ai \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 form\u00e9e aux outils et aux process.
