Adrien Alioua, directeur du d\u00e9veloppement chez Keyade \u00e9tait pr\u00e9sent \u00e0 la keynote d\u2019ouverture et a assist\u00e9 \u00e0 plusieurs conf\u00e9rences pendant les deux jours de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement. Il raconte\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0Le message de Sundar Pichai \u00e9tait clair\u00a0: aujourd\u2019hui, les internautes comptent sur Google plus que jamais\u00a0(pour consulter des informations, rechercher autour d\u2019eux, obtenir un conseil personnalis\u00e9, prendre une d\u00e9cision\u2013parfois en temps r\u00e9el) et Google se doit d\u2019apporter cette valeur aux internautes, en d\u00e9livrant des publicit\u00e9s de qualit\u00e9 et en renfor\u00e7ant sa transparence dans une logique gagnant-gagnant.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette keynote d\u2019ouverture a donn\u00e9 le ton des messages que Google souhaite faire passer aux annonceurs pour l\u2019ann\u00e9e qui vient\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>L\u2019intelligence artificielle au service de la pertinence publicitaire<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google r\u00e9pond au challenge de la pertinence publicitaire par le machine-learning. Le \u2018smart\u2019 s\u2019invite donc\u00a0:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">&#8211; au sein des produits publicitaires\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Responsive Search Ads<\/em> permet de d\u00e9terminer la meilleure combinaison titre \/ annonce des publicit\u00e9s pour maximiser la conversion (la fonctionnalit\u00e9 qui existe d\u00e9j\u00e0 et que nous testons en beta avec quelques annonceurs)<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Smart Campaigns<\/em> promet une gestion enti\u00e8rement automatis\u00e9e des campagnes et g\u00e9n\u00e8re des landing pages adapt\u00e9es. Ce format s\u2019adresse plut\u00f4t aux petites entreprises mais aussi \u2013 et c\u2019est l\u00e0 qu\u2019est le g\u00e9nie de Google \u2013 aux entreprises qui ne poss\u00e8dent pas de site internet\u00a0!<\/li>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>Local Campaigns<\/em> s\u2019appuie sur la g\u00e9olocalisation pour apporter du trafic en magasin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; dans les indicateurs de performance\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">1 internaute sur 2 n\u2019ach\u00e8terait pas sur mobile lorsque le site est trop long \u00e0 charger. Google inclura donc d\u00e9sormais le temps de chargement des pages mobiles dans le calcul du quality score des campagnes et propose ce nouvel indicateur au sein de Google Ads pour optimiser les campagnes..<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8211; dans la cr\u00e9ation et la gestion du catalogue produits\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google propose de cr\u00e9er automatiquement des flux produits \u00e0 partir d\u2019un site internet et de mettre les produits en ligne au sein de <em>Smart Shopping Campaigns<\/em>, optimis\u00e9e automatiquement en fonction d\u2019objectifs d\u00e9finis au sein de la plateforme.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Am\u00e9liorer les performances par la valorisation cross-devices<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Google introduit le remarketing et le reporting cross-devices au sein de Google Analytics. L\u2019outil, qui fonctionne \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es agr\u00e9g\u00e9es, d\u00e9fend une vision compr\u00e9hensive du marketing online et permet de valoriser la valeur globale d\u2019un internaute qui a visit\u00e9 ou achet\u00e9 sur le site via diff\u00e9rents devices.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adrien commente\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Avec cette fonctionnalit\u00e9, qui a \u00e9t\u00e9 applaudie lors de la keynote, Google propose un outil qui va aider les responsables marketing \u00e0 encore mieux \u00e9valuer leurs investissements mobiles. <\/em><em>C\u00f4t\u00e9 Keyade, cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 apportera de nouveaux insights cross-devices qui nous permettra de cr\u00e9er des sc\u00e9narios de remarketing plus complet et toujours plus performants. Notre nouveau p\u00f4le Data &amp; Analytics, qui a pour objectif de mieux accompagner les annonceurs dans l\u2019analyse de leur performance online, suit d\u2019ailleurs cette tendance. <\/em>\u00bb<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Penser YouTube comme un levier \u00e0 la performance.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Avec 1,9 milliard d\u2019utilisateurs actifs par mois et 1 milliard d\u2019heures visionn\u00e9es par jour, YouTube a un costume tout taill\u00e9 de media de masse en ligne. Pourtant ce n\u2019est pas qu\u2019un levier branding\u00a0: en 2017, les publicit\u00e9s YouTube ont vu leur performance en termes de conversions augmenter de 150%. Google finit d\u2019asseoir ce positionnement \u2018performance\u2019 en pr\u00e9sentant deux nouveaux formats\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><em>TrueView for <\/em>Action qui permet d\u2019afficher un bouton d\u2019action pendant et\/ou \u00e0 la fin d\u2019une annonce vid\u00e9o, notamment des formulaires et des \u2018pins\u2019 Google Maps pour favoriser le drive-to-store. Coupl\u00e9e \u00e0 la fonctionnalit\u00e9 <em>Custom intent audiences,<\/em> qui permet de cibler des internautes qui ont effectu\u00e9 des recherches de mots-cl\u00e9s sp\u00e9cifiques sur le moteur de Google, cette fonctionnalit\u00e9 s\u2019ins\u00e8re compl\u00e9tement dans une strat\u00e9gie d\u2019acquisition.<\/li>\n<li><em>Maximize Lift Bidding, <\/em>qui permet d\u2019optimiser la publicit\u00e9 YouTube en mesurant les statistiques au-del\u00e0 des vues et des impressions, permettant d\u00e9sormais d&#8217;optimiser les campagnes publicitaires pour dynamiser la marque.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>\u00ab\u00a0La vid\u00e9o est aujourd\u2019hui essentielle dans un parcours de conversion et les r\u00e9gies proposent de plus en plus de formats et de ciblages adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la vid\u00e9o\u00a0<\/em>\u00bb, nous explique Adrien<em>. \u00ab\u00a0En vision last-click, les performances restent inf\u00e9rieures au search classique mais avec une autre vision, et surtout, en int\u00e9grant des nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s de ciblage, les r\u00e9sultats peuvent \u00eatre surprenants\u00a0! Il est donc temps d\u2019adopter une vision plus large du r\u00f4le de la vid\u00e9o au sein d\u2019un parcours de conversion, surtout au regard des outils comme le remarketing et le reporting cross-devices (que propose aujourd\u2019hui Google) mais aussi notre solution propri\u00e9taire Madmetrics et son module Customer Journey qui permet de mesurer la contribution de chaque levier sur les conversions.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Adrien conclut\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0<em>Google avait pour objectif de simplifier sa plateforme et son offre. Le rebranding des solutions publicitaires (Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, etc.) a \u00e9t\u00e9 l\u2019\u00e9tape num\u00e9ro 1. L\u2019\u00e9tape num\u00e9ro 2 repose donc sur la proposition de nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s &#8216;smart&#8217; qui doivent aider \u00e0 d\u00e9livrer plus de performance. Mais est-ce que tout ceci est vraiment plus simple\u00a0? Que se cache-t-il derri\u00e8re ces algorithmes &#8216;smart&#8217; ? En tant qu\u2019agence, notre r\u00f4le sera de tester la mise en place de ces nouvelles fonctionnalit\u00e9s &#8216;smart&#8217; dans une d\u00e9marche test and learn, comme nous l\u2019avons toujours fait, et d\u2019en tirer des conclusions objectives.
